Brief History
Bristol Marble and Granite was acquired by the current owners in the 1970’s, however by this time it had already been trading in Bristol since the turn of the century.
When the company first began, it was known as ‘The Bristol Iron and Marble Company’and was located on the Cumberland Road, South Bristol. The core of the initial business was monumental and memorial works but did also include a small number of architectural projects.
As the company progressed and grew, Bristol Marble began moving into other fields within the building sector.
